I played on the Spartans for some years in the late 70's,i'm looking for any info or pic's during that period,played out of St.Laurent park,please responde back with any info you might have as to where i can receive old newspaper clippings or photo,s,Thank you Brad Bennett

I played my first year bantam in 2002 for the spartans. i played defensive tackle. This was a very special year for me because it was my first football season ever and i learned alot under coach allan williams and i had the great privilege to have great teamates like duraney white. I was number 76. It was a privilege to be a spartan. I am currently playing for the saint-lazare stallions (jr.program). I wish you guys the best for this upcoming season

I played defensive line in the 1985/1986 season. In 1985, Ron Lussier was my Head Coach and the team made it to the Provincial Finals against West Island for an upsetting lose at the end. I thoroughly enjoyed my football experience playing for Saint-Laurent, in addition to the great bunch of guys.

Started playing Spartans at cousineau park mousquito, last year played 1985 midget. Got voted to the midget AAA all-star team as defensive lineman. Went to play major junior for the Laval Scorpions. Great memories and teammates

I started at Hartenstein & Cousineau Parks playing pee-wee for coach Daily & Danny McVeigh.(Do you remember coach "Coco"?) Les Grant coached my 1st year bantam and then came Jack Baum he carried me and a ragtag gang of misfits from 2nd year bantam through midget and on to Vanier. I also coached the Titans & Spartans circa 1988 & 89. Seeing all the familliar names sure brings back great memories! It was a great place to play. Was HC at Bantam and Midget, For over Ten Years. Will never forget all the Players and Memories , including The Midget Coaches and Team of 1995. That year (1995 ) We won " Coaching Staff of the Year" "Organisation of the Year" and the "Jack Simpson Trophy " I Was and always will be a " Spartan "

Hi former teamates! I played for the Spartans from 79-82. I played corner and safety and ran back punts and kick-offs (and a little QB if they ever got really desperate) . We had some really strong teams over the years. However the strongest was our 82 Midget team. If I remember correctly we were 11-1, league champs and had an outstanding defense that allowed the fewest points in the league that year. I moved to Toronto in 1983. I played high school and city football in Toronto. I finished up playing football at York University. I have outstanding memories of those years playing for the Spartans. Thanks to Coach Jack Baum and Jim McMullian and the rest of the staff for all the time they put into working with us!! And thanks to all my former teammates for a ton of fun and some great football. Please write your story here... Hi I played for the Titans and Spartans AAA from 1979 to 1982. Hard to believe it was that long ago. I was a starting corner and safety and punt and kick off returner for my four years playing with St. Laurent. We had some pretty stong teams in those years. The strongest was my 82 midget team where we had only one loss to North Shore. I then moved to Toronto in 1983 and played football for both a city team and my high school. I then played University ball in Toronto for York. My head coach in St.Laurent was Jack Baum. I have some awesome memories of those years.
