L'Association de football amateur de Saint-Laurent

ordre_peopleThis year the Association is celebrating its 50th anniversary. Since 1954, Association volunteers have helped to develop football in Saint-Laurent and in the process have helped around 4,300 children live their dreams of playing the game. Several young people who made their start with the Association de football de Saint-Laurent have even been recruited by Canadian and American university teams, as well as by the CFL and the NFL.

In addition to helping develop a healthy lifestyle among participants by encouraging them to participate in a physical activity, the Association de football, through its philosophy, also enables the young participants to adopt values such as respect, sportsmanship, perseverance, and personal development.

The Association is an exemplary organization that promotes important values among the Saint-Laurent community such as inclusion, mutual aid and youth support. From this perspective, Association representatives spare no effort to ensure that the sport is accessible to everyone, regardless of cultural background or financial means. We must also take care to note that the Association has been especially fortunate in this regard thanks in particular to the generosity of former players and donors.

The Association's volunteers are wholeheartedly dedicated to ensuring that youths enjoy football seasons that are both rewarding and unforgettable.
