The Saint Laurent Titan team played their first match last Sunday facing the North Shore junior Lions under hurricane Irene's light rain. It was a great experience for the players and coaches as it familiarized us with this special type of play. The cordiality and generosity of the Lions team is a main highlight as they even brought a gift to each Spartan player.It was important for the team that revived the Atoms three years ago to bring the Titans back to life this season. What sportsmanship!
It was also quite gratifying to see this first achievment and we whish them a long life! Thanks to all who came to see us and to those who participated with this friendly competition. Anyone whishing to get involved is more than welcomed to contact me.
